Submitting an inquiry on ironvalefunding.com does not electronically sign a financing agreement or obligate you to accept an offer. It asks Ironvale to contact you about your business request.

If a funding provider later offers you a transaction using electronic records or signatures, review the provider's disclosure and signing instructions before agreeing. The provider's separate agreement governs the financing transaction. Keep a copy of any completed agreement and required disclosures for your records.
