Do Not Call Policy

If you do not want promotional calls from Ironvale Funding LLC, tell our representative during a call, call (201) 994-3200, email privacy@ironvalefunding.com, or write to 3130 Summit Ave, Union City, NJ 07087. Tell us the phone number you want removed. You do not need to explain why.

We record a request not to call and use it to prevent further promotional calls from Ironvale to that number. We share a relevant opt-out with a service provider making calls on our behalf. If you receive a text from Ironvale, reply STOP to request that texts stop; see our SMS Terms. A request to Ironvale does not automatically change a separate relationship with an independent funding provider.

If you receive a promotional call from Ironvale after making a request, contact us with the number called and approximate date so we can review what happened. You can also use our Complaints contact information.
