Include a way to reach you and enough detail to identify the issue, such as the business name, relevant phone or email address, approximate date, and what happened. Do not send passwords or complete bank credentials through ordinary email.

An independent funding provider is responsible for its own financing decisions and agreement. If your concern is about a provider's offer or agreement, identify the provider and contact it through the information in its documents. You may also tell Ironvale about your experience so we can understand your concern.
